(Q1) What are the ticket rates ?
(A1) They differ from show to show. To check rates go to SEI Site / Concerts & click on the appropriate show.
(Q2) Where are the tickets available ?
(A2) Available at various Stores, SEI office, Ticket Master and Box Office. go to SEI Site and look for stores selling tickets.
(Q3) What's the show venue ?
(A3) Different shows, different venues. Go to the SEI Site click on concerts, and go to Venue for the show you are interested in.
(Q4) Are there any discounts if I buy my tickets in advance ?
(A4) No. But buying tickets in advance can ensure you good seating.
(Q5) What are the quantity discounts ?
(A5) There are no quantity discounts. We do not discount our tickets at all.
(Q6) How much does a child ticket cost ?
(A6) Children age 2 and over needs full price tickets.
(Q7) What is the show timing ?
(A7) Every show differs. Go to our Site and check the timing for the show you are looking for.
(Q8) Who all are in the show ?
(A8) Every show differs so go to our site, look for the concerts and you will see the name of the performers either on a flier or written in one of the boxes.
(Q9) Where do I park ?
(A9) Parking structure is always next to the hall. It's always a good idea to check with the Hall.
(Q10) How much do I pay for parking ?
(A10) Different Venues have different parking rates. Check with the Hall management.
(Q11) Do you validate ?
(A11) No, we do not validate.
(Q12) Are there any seat numbers ?
(A12) Yes. Every seat has a number. Make sure you sit on the right one.
(Q13) Is there any food available at the hall ?
(A13) Yes. Food is sold in almost every hall.
(Q14) Can I bring food from home ?
(A14) No alcohol, cans, bottles, drugs, weapons, food, drinks or containers allowed inside the hall!
(Q15) Is there any dress code ?
(A15) No there is no dress code. It's up to you what you want to wear.
(Q16) Where is the hall located ?
(A16) To find the auditorium address for a particular show please go to SEI Site.
(Q17) Where can I see the seating plan ?
(A17) You can go to the nearest ticket outlets either by checking in local Indian News Papers, on Indian television or by going to our Site for a particular show in your area.
(Q18) How do I get directions to the hall ?
(A18) Directions are available on SEI Site. If you know the address, you can go to Mapquest directly.
(Q19) How about back stage passes ?
(A19) Due to security reasons, no one is allowed backstage except the management.
(Q20) Can I meet the stars and take a picture with them ?
(A20) Due to same security reasons the Artists do not permit any one to take their pictures.
(Q21) How about autographs from the celebrities?
(Q21) Not Possible at all.
(Q22) Can I buy Tickets On Line ?
(A22) Yes, you can buy tickets on line (when available) at Ticket Master.
(Q23) What happens if my tickets are lost ?
(A23) Tickets once sold are like cash and can not be replaced. Make sure you don't loose them.
(Q24) How about security ?
(A24) Security is our # 1 priority and we at Super Entertainment make sure of that.
(Q25) Is there any way that I could dance with an artist while they perform ?
(A25) Only if the Artist call you on stage from the Audience during an act, while performing.
(Q26) What guarantees do I have that if the show is cancelled, my money will be refunded ?
(A26) Check for our credibility in the market. We stand 100% behind our commitment. In case of cancellation SEI will refund the amount of your ticket. We do not refund the service charges charged by some vendors. For your service charges if any, you need to contact the vendor who sold you the tickets.
(Q27) How can I be sure that the show will happen ?
(A27) Some times the show gets cancelled due to the authorities, visa problems, flight cancellations or Act of God. So far we have brought all the shows for the public. Our reputation speaks for itself.
(Q28) Is any kind of Audio / Video equipment allowed in the hall ?
(A28) No Audio or Video equipment allowed inside the hall. It can be taken away.
(Q29) How about a Camera ?
(A29) No Cameras of any kind either. It can be confiscated.
(Q30) Can I dance during the show ?
(A30) Dancing in the aisles, on the chairs or in front of other viewers is not allowed at all.
(Q31) Are there any seats available for handicaps in the auditorium ?
(A31) Yes there are seats for handicaps. You have to inform the authorities in Advance.
(Q32) Can we go out during the show and re-enter?
(A32) No re-entry. You must bring everything you need with you before entering the auditorium.
(Q33) What happens if I don't buy tickets from the advertised sources ?
(A33) SEI will not be responsible for the tickets bought outside of the advertised sources or the Box Office. It is illegal to do so and no refunds will be made on such tickets. For authorized ticket outlets, visit our Site, go to the show you want the tickets for and click on the Ticket Outlets.
(Q34) Do you accept all Credit Cards ?
(A34) We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express only. Ticket Master or other internet vendors accept all Major credit cards. A credit card form is available at our Site for the tickets bought with us only, fill it online and submit it to us or fax it at: 310-828-3876.
(Q35) Can we buy tickets over telephone with our Master Card, Visa or American Express ?
(A35) Yes. Go to our Credit Card Form page and follow the instructions.
(Q36) How about buying tickets on-line from SEI ?
(A36) At this time we are not set up for that. To buy tickets online go to answer # 22 above.
(Q37) How do I find out which shows are coming in the future and when ?
(A37) Always check it on our SEI Site or see the local News Papers.
